Construction Zoning Law
The Construction Zoning No. 3194 constitutes the foundation of Zoning Law.
The sub-headings of construction law are as follows: 1- Construction Plans, 2- Construction Applications (Article 18, Article 10 / c, Additional Article 1), 3- Building Permit and Scientific Responsibility (Sealing-destruction and fines), 4-Expropriation, 5- Ancient Works (Cultural and Natural Assets Required to be Protected) and 6-Trial Procedures.
Article 2 of the Construction Zoning Law No. 3194 stipulates that the construction plans for buildings within the municipality borders or the neighboring buildings and all the official and private buildings to be built shall be subject to the provisions of this law. This article stipulates that the buildings are divided into two groups: "official" and "private".
Article 3 of the Construction Zoning Law stipulates that no land shall be used in contravention of the planning principles, conditions of the location and provisions of the regulation. This articles puts a specific focus on the fact that if a plot of land has a construction zoning plan, it shall not be used in contravention of the plan of the area where the plot of land is located. It is expressed that the plot of land may not be used in contravention of conditions of the location and provisions of the regulations.
