Intellectual Property Law
Intellectual property law is a law that protects intellectual labor products bearing economic value. Intellectual property law consists of two main elements: copyright and industrial property rights.
Copyrights arise spontaneously with the creation of the work. Protection is provided spontaneously with the presentation of the work to the public. There is no need for a procedure such as notification or registration for this. In the case of industrial property rights, in order to provide protection, related discovery, design, marking etc. must be registered.
