Law of Obligations
The Law of Obligations is a private law and a discipline that examines the legal relationships between equals and the so-called relationship of obligations. The Law of Obligations is the source of the law of liabilities and it is a law regulating the relations of obligations that fall into the legal field.
The concept of obligations relations, when defined under the private law, is a legal bond that means there is a creditor and debtor and the debtor is obligated to fulfill its liabilities against the creditor and the creditor may require the debtor to fulfill its contractual obligations.
The Law of Obligations No. 6098, which was adopted on 11.01.2011, is in force.
